Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed pandan tea
  • 1 cup milk (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew pandan tea and let it cool.
  2. In a glass, combine the brewed pandan tea, milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut cream and powdered sugar until it forms soft peaks.
  5. Top the iced pandan latte with the coconut cold foam.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
  • For a vegan version, use coconut milk and omit the sweetened condensed milk or use a vegan alternative.
