A refreshing iced latte made with pandan and topped with creamy coconut cold foam.
Ingredients

- 2 cups brewed pandan tea
- 1 cup milk (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew pandan tea and let it cool.
- In a glass, combine the brewed pandan tea, milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut cream and powdered sugar until it forms soft peaks.
- Top the iced pandan latte with the coconut cold foam.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
- For a vegan version, use coconut milk and omit the sweetened condensed milk or use a vegan alternative.
