Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- Toppings: granola, fresh fruits, nuts, seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, matcha green tea powder, frozen banana, spinach, and honey or maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If using, add Greek yogurt and blend again until well mixed.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with granola, fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds as desired.
- Enjoy immediately with a spoon!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
- For a thicker consistency, use less almond milk.
