A delicious Honey-Mustard Baked Ham with Cloves, perfect for festive feasts.
Ingredients

- 3 to 4 pounds fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whole cloves for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Create a diamond pattern on the surface of the ham by making shallow cuts about an inch apart.
- Insert whole cloves into the points where the cuts intersect.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Place the ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan and brush half of the glaze over the top and sides.
- Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and apply the remaining glaze all over the ham.
- Return the ham to the oven uncovered and continue baking for another 30 to 45 minutes, basting with pan juices every 15 minutes.
- Once done, take the ham out of the oven and allow it to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
