Ingredients
Scale

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- Make the honey garlic glaze by simmering the reserved marinade in a saucepan until thickened.
- Brush the ribs with the glaze and broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.

Notes
- Marinate the ribs overnight for the best flavor.
- You can finish the ribs on the grill instead of broiling for a smoky flavor.
