Description

These tender, juicy ribs are slow-cooked and glazed with a sticky honey garlic sauce. Perfect for BBQs, family dinners, or a special weekend treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  • Make the honey garlic glaze by simmering the reserved marinade in a saucepan until thickened.
  • Brush the ribs with the glaze and broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Marinate the ribs overnight for the best flavor.
  • You can finish the ribs on the grill instead of broiling for a smoky flavor.
