Ingredients

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
- Fold the peach puree into the cream mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For a creamier texture, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
