Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine diced strawberries and sugar.
- Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes until strawberries break down and syrup forms.
- Mash lightly with a spoon or fork, then stir in lemon juice (if using).
- Let the strawberry mixture cool completely.
- Add 2–3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup to a glass.
- Pour cold milk over the syrup.
- Add a few sliced strawberries for texture (optional).
- Stir gently and enjoy immediately!

- Adjust the sugar according to your taste preference.
- Use any type of milk you prefer, such as whole, almond, or oat milk.
