Description

This easy Homemade Frittata Recipe is a versatile dish made with eggs, vegetables, and cheese. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a quick dinner!


Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.)
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, feta, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Sauté vegetables in olive oil until softened.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over vegetables in the skillet. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until set.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
