- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef sirloin pieces with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Add the soy sauce and stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
