A refreshing Hibiscus Guava Iced Tea with Mint, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 cup guava juice
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
- Stir in the guava juice and honey until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher and gently muddle them with a spoon to release their flavor.
- Refrigerate the tea for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling twist, replace half of the water with sparkling water before serving.
- Experiment with different fruit juices like passion fruit or pineapple for a unique flavor profile.
