Description
A refreshing summer drink made with cantaloupe and infused with fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cantaloupe cubes and water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the fresh mint and basil leaves to the pitcher.
- Stir in the lime juice and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint or basil leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more honey or agave syrup.
- For a stronger herb flavor, let the mixture infuse for longer.
- This drink can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
