  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine the hemp seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  5. Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
  6. Coat the chicken in the hemp seed mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
  7. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
