  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, chopped cherries, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
  2. Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture and add honey if you prefer a sweeter salsa.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
