Ingredients

- 250g Halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Halloumi and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
- Thread the Halloumi and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the Halloumi is golden and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- Serve with a side of tzatziki or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
