Ingredients

  • 250g Halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the Halloumi and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. Thread the Halloumi and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the Halloumi is golden and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve warm.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
