- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauce if desired.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- Feel free to add vegetables to the skewers for a complete meal.
