Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
