- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
- 8 ounces burrata cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Thread the peach wedges and burrata pieces onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
- Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the peaches are slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe but firm peaches.
