- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly before slicing.
- Place the flatbread on the grill for 2-3 minutes until it is warm and has grill marks.
- Remove the flatbread from the grill and top it with burrata cheese, sliced grilled peaches, and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger gathering.
