Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey (or substitute), garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
