Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the bananas in half lengthwise, keeping the peel on.
  3. Place the bananas on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
  4. In a saucepan, combine miso paste, brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter over medium heat. Stir until smooth and caramelized.
  5. Remove the bananas from the grill and place them on a serving plate.
  6. Drizzle the miso caramel sauce over the grilled bananas.
