Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the bananas in half lengthwise, keeping the peel on.
- Place the bananas on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- In a saucepan, combine miso paste, brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter over medium heat. Stir until smooth and caramelized.
- Remove the bananas from the grill and place them on a serving plate.
- Drizzle the miso caramel sauce over the grilled bananas.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
