Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- These meatballs can be frozen before baking for later use.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more herbs if desired.
