A quick and tasty Greek sheet pan chicken dinner that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken with oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on a sheet pan.
- Add vegetables and lemon slices around chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with feta before serving.
