A refreshing and zesty Grapefruit & Rosemary Mocktail perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (plus extra sprigs for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh grapefruit juice and honey. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the finely chopped rosemary to the pitcher and let it steep for about 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the grapefruit mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
  4. Top each glass with sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
