Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can dulce de leche
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 pan.
  2. Mix cake mix, coffee, oil, and eggs. Bake as directed.
  3. Poke holes in warm cake, pour dulce de leche over top.
  4. Fold coffee into whipped cream, spread over cake. Chill 1 hour.
