Description
Deliciously spicy and sweet chicken wings coated in a gochujang-infused honey sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more gochujang to the sauce.
- Serve with a side of celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
