- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or a fork to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the fig jam, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and rosemary, reserving a few pecans for garnish.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with the reserved pecans and an extra drizzle of honey if desired. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruit.
