  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Stir in the ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 1 hour or until chilled and slightly thickened.
  4. Once chilled, use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.
  5. In serving cups, layer the crushed gingerbread cookies at the bottom, followed by a generous dollop of the whipped white chocolate mixture. Top with mini marshmallows if desired.
  6. Finish with another layer of crushed gingerbread cookies and a final dollop of the whipped mixture. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
