  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, chopped garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Arrange the duck legs in a baking dish and pour the ginger-soy glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. After 45 minutes, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the duck legs rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
