Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro, if using. Serve warm.
