  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Layer the potato mixture into each muffin cup, pressing down gently to pack them tightly. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of each galette.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the tops are golden brown.
