  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped garlic, stirring for about a minute until it becomes aromatic.
  2. Sprinkle the cod pieces with sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes (if desired).
