Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries and granola on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Feel free to use any combination of berries you like.
- For a sweeter bark, increase the amount of honey.
