Ingredients

- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the tahini, pitted dates, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
