Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the tahini, pitted dates, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
