Description
A refreshing summer treat made with pineapple and coconut, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Feel free to add other fruits like mango or banana for variation.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
