Ingredients

- 2 cups walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the toasted walnuts, maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Slowly drizzle in the melted coconut oil while the processor is running, continuing to blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a lined 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Place the mold or dish in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, remove the blocks from the mold or cut into squares if using a baking dish. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix in a teaspoon of cinnamon or a pinch of nutmeg before blending.
- Substitute pecans or almonds for walnuts to create different flavor profiles.
