Description

A delicious and refreshing summer treat made with horchata and coffee, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups horchata
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine horchata, brewed coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
  • These pops can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to a month.
