- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in pineapple, grapes, strawberries, marshmallows, and nuts.
- Spread mixture into a 9×9-inch dish or individual cups.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
