- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the pie.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally garnished with additional whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to let the pie sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier serving.
