- 2 cups brewed black tea, cooled
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls (boba)
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the brewed black tea, milk, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Prepare the tapioca pearls according to package instructions and let them cool.
- Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the tea mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish or silicone molds.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the bars from the dish or molds and cut into desired sizes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your frosty delight!
Notes
- For a vegan version, use a non-dairy milk and sweetened condensed coconut milk.
