Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey (if using).
- Fold in the mixed berries gently.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
