A refreshing and fun way to enjoy the classic Aperol Spritz in popsicle form, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Aperol
- 2 cups Prosecco
- 1 cup soda water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Aperol, Prosecco, soda water, and orange juice.
- Stir the mixture gently to combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Add orange slices to each mold for garnish.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your Frozen Aperol Spritz Popsicles on a hot day!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Aperol with a non-alcoholic aperitif.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less orange juice according to your taste.
- These popsicles can be made a few days in advance for parties.
