Description

A refreshing and fun way to enjoy the classic Aperol Spritz in popsicle form, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Aperol
  • 2 cups Prosecco
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Aperol, Prosecco, soda water, and orange juice.
  2. Stir the mixture gently to combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Add orange slices to each mold for garnish.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your Frozen Aperol Spritz Popsicles on a hot day!

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Aperol with a non-alcoholic aperitif.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less orange juice according to your taste.
