Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the sliced onions until they are caramelized.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the bottom half of the slider buns.
  4. Add the sliced roast beef on top of the buns.
  5. Sprinkle the caramelized onions over the roast beef.
  6. Add the shredded provolone cheese on top.
  7. Place the top half of the slider buns over the cheese.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder, then brush it over the top of the buns.
  9. Pour the beef broth into the baking dish around the sliders.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  11. Serve warm with the beef broth for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the roast beef.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
