Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the freeze-dried fruit gently to incorporate.
  3. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  4. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form a crust.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
