- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 cup Nutella
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, whisking until the mixture is uniform.
- In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together. Then, add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is well blended.
- Gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. It’s okay if there are a few small lumps; avoid overmixing.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat it with butter or oil.
- For each pancake, pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
- As the batter begins to set, spoon a dollop of Nutella into the center of each pancake.
- Carefully add another 1/4 cup of batter on top to encase the Nutella. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface, roughly 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake gently and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Continue this process with the remaining batter, reapplying butter or oil to the skillet as necessary.
- Enjoy these delightful pancakes warm, topped with your choice of whipped cream, fresh berries, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
