  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the edges begin to set.
  4. Gently lift the edges of the omelet with a spatula, allowing the uncooked egg to flow underneath. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the top is mostly set but still slightly runny.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked ground lamb and shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelet. If desired, add chopped parsley for extra flavor.
  6. Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the filling. Cook for an additional minute until the cheese melts and the omelet is cooked through.
  7. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve immediately.
