Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ube halaya (ube jam)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the heavy cream and ube halaya, mixing until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and flour, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
