A delightful recipe for Feta and Honey Baked Pasta that combines the creaminess of feta cheese with the sweetness of honey and the freshness of cherry tomatoes.

- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is golden and the tomatoes are bursting.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For added protein, mix in cooked chicken or shrimp before baking.
- Substitute the cherry tomatoes with roasted bell peppers or zucchini for a different flavor profile.
