- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped nuts and sugar-free chocolate chips, if using.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
