  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the chopped nuts and sugar-free chocolate chips, if using.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
