- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) if baking.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into wedges.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning.
- Dip each avocado wedge in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- For frying, heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the avocado wedges until golden brown on all sides.
- For baking, place the coated wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
