Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) if baking.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into wedges.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
