A delicious low-carb treat, these Everything Bagel Keto Deviled Eggs are high in protein and perfect for a healthy snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for at least 5 minutes.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a mixing bowl, scoop out the yolks and add them to the bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each filled egg.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a tangy flavor and extra protein.
