  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons chopped bell peppers or spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray or a bit of butter (for the pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or set air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
