Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime juice, and chili powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with additional cotija cheese and cilantro if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- This dip can be served warm or cold.
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
